Women in Management, Inc. is not ‘just’ a club or group!
We are an organization which provides mentoring and support to our members, inspiring women to achieve their full potential through continuing education and development. Monthly chapter meetings provide an opportunity to expand your horizons and develop new relationships. Chapter board participation provides members with skill development to enhance their leadership abilities.
But, what makes WIM so unique… is the women who join.
Each year we host our Annual Conference and Awards Banquet to recognize and honor those members, who have excelled in their chosen profession, actively volunteer their time, and served as women leaders in their communities. Their stories are how Remarkable Women have achieved Remarkable Results!
Joining and becoming a member in WIM is truly an ‘experience’.
It’s the camaraderie you experience at chapter meetings that keep you coming back each month. When asked what brought you to this month’s meeting? Looking forward to seeing friends and making new connections is always at the top of the list. WIM offers members and their guests opportunities to meet dynamic, successful and powerful women who serve as speakers, presenters and panelists at our chapter and national meetings. These small-group, intimate settings foster one-on-one exchanges that make being apart of WIM a memorable experience!
Building a network of positive, supportive and talented women.
Women Management’s version of networking: The process of developing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships and cultivating new opportunities for collaboration through a supportive exchange of ideas and resources.
Get involved and make the most of your membership experience.
Serve on a committee, volunteer to staff the WIM booth at a women’s expo, apply for the Women of Achievement Award, help recruit new members. Are you a candidate for Servant Leadership? Are you willing to give your time, talents and treasures to WIM? Can you foster cooperation among your peers, treat others with mutual respect and accountability, promote autonomy and empowerment, teach as well as learn, support and nurture the ideas of others?
